1. Who we are
Agencia Marketboost is a bilingual performance marketing agency headquartered in Santiago, Chile, serving clients remotely in the United States, Mexico, Spain, Uruguay, the Netherlands, Norway and Denmark. 2. Data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, industry, city, estimated budget and the message you write in our forms or chat. We also collect non-identifying technical and browsing data (pages viewed, traffic source, device, browser and approximate IP-based location) through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, plus advertising performance data from Google Ads and Meta Ads.
3. How we use it
We use your data to reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, schedule diagnostics or video calls, deliver contracted services, send you relevant marketing information when you opted in, and measure and improve our website and campaigns. We do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal effects on you.
4. Legal basis
We process data based on your consent (submitting a form or messaging us on WhatsApp), the performance of a service contract, or our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our website. We follow Chilean Law 19.628 on the protection of private life and, where the data subject's location requires it, GDPR standards.
5. Sharing and processors
We never sell your data. We share it only with the technology providers that let us operate: Google (Analytics, Ads, Workspace), Meta (advertising and WhatsApp Business), our CRM and automation vendors, and our hosting provider. Each acts as a processor under its own security terms.
6. Cookies
We use first- and third-party cookies for analytics and advertising conversion measurement. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; measurement features will stop working, but the site remains fully usable.
7. Retention
We keep contact data while a commercial relationship or an active interest in our services exists, and for up to 24 months after the last contact. Client records are retained for as long as accounting and tax obligations require.
8. Your rights

9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards: credential-restricted access, encryption in transit (HTTPS), two-factor authentication on critical platforms and periodic permission reviews. No system is infallible, but we will notify you of any material incident affecting your data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The version published on this page, with its visible update date, is always the one in force.
